Hello

my hp laptop has been hacked and I can not factory reset my laptop. I have tried everything safe mode using command prompts. My windows c drive is corrupted my screen comes on normal then it turns black. My storage is full and won’t allow me to delete any files to even have more storage. My restore point won’t work. When I am in safe mode and attempt to reset pc it gives me an error . I tried to repair bootrec fixmbr and received an error stating that a device attached to the system is not functioning. The hacker set my windows from 11 to 7 and I have no clue what to do
