Problem - Start button, search, Cortana, Network does not supporting

Machines came with  Windows 8.1 (64 bit), its specs

How did you install Windows 10 ? Please use the following steps

 

(a) Download Windows 10 ISO from the following link and save on your computer,

 

       https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

(b) Mount downloaded load ISO file as virtual DVD,

(c) Right click Setup and select Run as Administrator,

 

     mount.png

 

(d) Check Keep user data/files and programs. (otherwise it will format your HDD and delete everything).

 

The process will take from around 45mins to 2 hours and it will reboot few times.
