You're kidding, right? That's like asking how much it costs to repair a rundown automobile without first looking at it.
To determine ANY costs, someone would have to run diagnostics on it to determine what was wrong with it -- then, and only then, could they tell you what needed to be replaced.
We here are not able to run diagnostics, nor are we allowed to provide any equipment or repair estimates.
You will have to take the laptop to a repair facility to have it examined.
