Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I'm going to run the HP Cloud Recovery Tool, But I do not have 32 GB+ USB Thumbdrive, So I'm wondering if my 64GB Mirco SD EVO card to SD could work instead.

You can try it,  but then you'll have to see if the PC will boot from the SD card, and normally, most of them do not have that option.

Hi:

 

The tool is going to look for a USB flash drive, so I doubt a SD card is going to work.

It detected the SD Card as a Flash drive in the Recovery Tool.
