Could not able to connect my mobile to laptop for data transfer though if i select photos it only shows me photos  for trf....

This is both a phone UI and driver issue.

I was not able to connect my Samsung Galaxy Android phone to my Win10 PC until I downloaded and installed the Mobile Devices driver from Samsung.

As to file transfer, the default connection mode for Android phones is MTP -- which severely limits both what you can see and what you can transfer. With my Samsung, when the phone connected a screen appeared and I had to select File Transfer mode.

You will have to check with your phone manufacturer about both.
