I tried to reset computer to remove all old files and start over so my stepdaughter can use for school.  Every time I did the reset, it would get to the final reboot and it would revert back to the way it was.  I followed the "can't do factory reset" forum instructions on this site and now it says it can't complete and is stuck.  I can't get it past that point and will not boot up at all now.  Need Help!!!

Hi:

 

if the factory reset option didn't work, use another PC with Windows 7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook.
