Product: HP Notebook - 15-dw0083wm

So, I have had this problem for a couple of months now, starting december of 2023 I noticed my CPU would always be stuck at 100, which was odd but I never really thought anything of it. Recently though its been affecting simple games such a roblox ect, which is becoming really annoying really quick. Due to the annoyance I factory reset my laptop and deleted all old files thinking it would help, it didnt. My laptop still has 100% CPU usage with almost nothing installed and no issues im aware of apart of the laptop.
