Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-dh1020ne

My laptop's cpu ghz are always 0.78ghz I tried so many solutions and none worked. I tried 1- Updating windows to latest version 2- Updating bios to latest version 3- Plugging and unplugging my laptop 4- Disabling and enabling turboboost

I'm not sure where's the problem.

Update: I booted my pc in safe mode and its back to the normal 2.6ghz but i still don't know what's the issue.
