my pavilion notebook Cpu usage goes high until i open task manager then it goes normal, i checked it with resource monitor , its show setup.exe - 32bit setup launcher cos Cpu high usages < 40-60% >

This message indicates that your PC is trying to install an older 32-bit program in 64-bit Windows 10 -- and since it is doing this over and over, my guess is that it is failing in the process.
Use Autoruns to figure out what all is starting up when your computer does/when you log on. Look up anything you do not know about using Google to see what it is.

Dear Wa wood i m tried used autoruns but it seems everthings is fine.
honestly i dont know muchof pc things well, can you help me about it? we arange a time then use teamviwver , so you can log in to my laptop and check it.
