Hi:

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

Your PC's product number is:  1VP12EA#ABU

Attempting to boot without the mandatory digital signature check.
Indeed, an unsigned driver can cause crashes when starting Windows 10.

To do this :

  • Open advanced troubleshooting options
  • Then Settings
  • The PC restarts and on the startup settings menu, choose option 7: Disable driver signature enforcement

You're very welcome, @McDermottClan

This is a peer-to-peer forum.

We do not work for or represent HP.

I recommend you find a friend or relative that could make the USB recovery drive for you.

It is unlikely that HP sells recovery media for your PC anymore, but you can contact them starting at the link below and see if you can purchase recovery media.

Another possible source to order recovery media would be from HP's e-Partner site at the link below:

You can try @McDermottClan  to repair computer without recovery media
I managed to do this some time ago with the same error message as you, trying a solution found on the net, as in the link here..
unfortunately I don't remember the exact manipulation that worked
then you can create your own free key!
