My computer crashes after a random time or when i open wow classic (game) it shows me a blue screen and the words Thread stuck in device driver

If it says Thread stuck in device driver, update everything you can, ESPECIALLY drivers. On the Drivers page, click your type of product (desktop, laptop, monitor, etc. etc.) and either type your serial number (e.g. 0AB1234CDE), or click Let HP detect my product. Click OK if prompted by your browser, and click OK in HP Web products detection. It will detect your product, and download the needed drivers. (Don't download more than 5 at a time. You can't scroll down.) Click Install all, then follow the prompts. Don't worry about the location unless you're flashing the BIOS on a different device, then save it on a USB stick or an HDD.
