Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've legally acquired some older tech.  I am attempting to install Windows 11 Pro.  I am only presented with creating an account tied to the domain of prior owner.  How do I perform clean install with the flexibility of any account I choose?

I recommend that you use the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will factory reset the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
