Product: HP 255 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (50J79AV)

Discussion with Agent Eisha at12.30pm about internal microphone not working, final solution was to have the item repaired, (collection set for today which is too little time to prepare the item) information was sent to show how to set up PC for collection, unfortunately the guide information on how to remove password for access did not correspond with my screen, concerned that I will not have the item ready
