So the problem is:
When I start my notebook after 10-15 minutes cursor starts blinking and the notebook freezes during that time. To bring it to normal I have to hit esc button. The most weird part is I can't copy paste many times. Whether it is connected to internet or not it continues.
Solutions I tried:
- I tried update drivers, I updates all drivers including that for touchpad and keyboard from https://support.hp.com/.
- I updated bios and firmware also.
- I tried resetting notebook and also did a fresh install from bootable USB (ISO was downloaded from official website).
- I even tried installing ubuntu but there the problem was more interesting. When the notebook freezes while having ubuntu it starts taking screenshots and it was continuous until I interrupt that. I even tried turning off screenshot feature, but it somehow was again enabled.
- I had installed everything available at drivers page.
- I tried using notebook with and without external keyboard.
- All system test passed.
- I ran component test also, all the tests passed except keyboard and failure ID was QCTTG8-8RBA8J-MFPURF-G5N213.
The problem started after approx 1 month when I replaced my battery and added an extra ram(Hyperx). But I also tried using PC without new ram and the original battery, the problem was same.
Any kind of help is highly appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. I would suggest performing system factory reset will put the computer back to the original factory settings in this way all corrupted and outdated software will be removed. While doing the recovery there is an option to back up your personal files. If you have not previously done one now is a good time.
Restoring Files that were Backed Up Using HP Recovery Manager (Windows)You can also contact HP support for assistance. They can remotely access your system to help alleviate difficulties: www.hp.com/contacthp/
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.
