I ordered a custom build unit more than a month ago already, and when I check order status it still says processing even though the estimated shipping date was today, what can I do to get help with this problem?.

You'll have to go back to the HP Store and the HP Store Customer Support.
Our Community does not have any access to purchase orders, purchase status, or any store service.

You are welcome.
I am sorry it was not what you hoped.
It's a really bad time to be a "Custom Anything" or even a "Straight off the Shelf Something".
Even after the product is built, it has to get from the manufacturer to the shipping port.
If the product is not destined for a local delivery (in Country),
Product has to be to the destination country.
At the destination country / shipping port / dock, the product has to be unloaded from the ship - sorted and tagged - loaded onto an available shipping truck (with a driver) and sent to the final destination.
It's a mess. The evening news is full of stories about delays and tales of woe.
The process still "sort of" works - it's just really bogged down in the mud.
Good Luck.
