I just got my laptop from Amazon today. It would not finish charging the battery then went black. I called [Content Removed]. Could not speak to anyone through your woman robot after 40 minutes. Then tried [Content Removed]. Said they would put me through. I am on hold, and what I hear every ten seconds is please hold for the next representative, all of our representatives are currently busy over and over and over,
