Ayuda, mi pc no funciona, se queda pegado en la pantalla de bienvenida de Windows, se alterna con pantalla negra, al reiniciar e ingresar a la bios aparece en el estado de la memoria: DIMM Bottom slot 1 (Left) no encontrado.

¿còmo lo puedo solucin

Hi:

 

It sounds to me like the memory module in slot 1 has failed and needs to be replaced.

 

Consult the service manual for your specific model HP 245 notebook for the memory removal and replacement procedure.

 

There are several generations of the HP 245 G model series...G1, G2, G3, G4, G5...
