I am getting two errors, One in Bios and Another while running Dism in Cmd. I am attaching the image of errors.IN BIOS WHILE RECOVERYIN BIOS WHILE RECOVERYWHILE DISM IN CMDWHILE DISM IN CMD

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are getting a BSOD and also an error on the CMD which shows there is an issue with the Windows operating system.

To make sure that there is no hardware issue, I would request you to please try a hardware test on the Pc and let me know if the test passes or fails so we can proceed further with the next steps.

Extensive Test

1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer. 
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key. 
3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests. 
4. Click Extensive Test.

there is no problem in hardware

i reset windows update component and then 

settings - system - recovery - fix problems using windows update
