HELLO

I am puzzled about this matter.

Do i need to create the media of recovery partition after i excellently managed the process of recovery last month on my laptop because the HP Assistant support keep asking to do the media creation.

if i do again, that will make a benefit to me or not?

No, the malware should not be in the recovery media. The media is created from files in the recovery partition of your hard drive. These files are read only which means the malware couldn't add anything to the files.

You can only make Recovery Media one time. HP SA is evidently confused-again. 🙂 Delete the reminder and forget it.
