Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I'm Paul I contact you because I have tried more than 13 times to download Windows 10 on a pc hp pavilion-15-cd054na and it always fails to start error 0x800700b7-0x1000A
I called Microsoft in chat and they could not solve the problem I have an old version 1803 I would like the 1903 I downloaded the bios F29 but nothing what can I do?

Microsoft does not provide Win10 downloads for anything other than the current version -- which is 20.04 not 19.03.

 

So that begs the question as to WHERE you are getting this 19.03 download from.

Here is the link to the W10 v1903 64 bit Italian ISO file download.    The link will be good for 24 hours from the time of this reply.

Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so that it is bootable, or you can use a different free utility such as Rufus.
