Hi @VENICE9,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

We understand the concern that your facing an issue with the "DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG" error indicates that a Plug and Play (PNP) driver failed to complete a requested operation within the allowed time, leading to a system crash or Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). We’ll definitely help you in resolving this issue.

Kindly please follow the below steps :

1. Hard Reset

  1. Turn off the laptop
  2. Unplug charger
  3. Hold Power button for 15–20 seconds
  4. Plug charger back in and restart

If the issue still persist kindly follow the below steps

2. Try booting into SAFE MODE (Standard Method):

Repeatedly press the Esc key at startup until the Startup Menu appears, then press F11 for System Recovery. From the "Choose an option" screen, navigate to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart. After the computer restarts, press F4 for Safe Mode or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking

•Connect to the LAN and  Open windows Settings.

• Go to 'Update & Security'.

• Click 'Windows Update'.

• Click 'Check for updates' and install everything available.

• Restart your PC after installation.

I hope this helps.
