PLEASE HELP ME IN MY LAPTOP THERE US AN ISSUE THAT CAN I DONT RESET IT WHEN I RESETTING THERE IS AN PROBLEM SHOWING AND THERE IS DRIVERS PROBLEM ALSO THERE AUDIO AND BRIGHTNESS NOT WORKING WHEN I UPDATED THEN IT HAVING PROBLEMS

I recommend that you use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
