Hi HP community,
i have problems with my hp laptop:
Please click here for Full information about this laptop
Problem:
i had windows 10 and i got infected by virus which was hard ti clean it so i had to re install new software and formatting everything.
during setup Windows 10 Everything was work correctly.
after setting up had been done and the laptop working properly i put it in sleep mode and after 2 hours i try to open it but BLACK DEATH SCREEN
i watched tutorials in how to solve this problem nothing was working and i found it that the problem maybe coz of the RAM
i decided to buy new RAM, later somehow i tried to turned it one it works “ this after I unplugged the ram for 1 hour and i reconnected it again”
now i can turn it on and open the desktop but suddenly when i press any button the screen frozen and display black lines and restarted it and same thing everytime
I hope some one tell me what I'm supposed to do,
should i need to replace the RAM
or Do i need to buy new screen
or is there drivers problems
or screen card problem
- notice:
nothing in computer hardware unplugged or not connected probably of the cables in the hardware that connect with motherboard.
i hope i here from you soon and sorry for my english

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
I suggest you run a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality first
- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Test > extensive test
If all the Tests pass, try a System Recovery using the Recovery Media.
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file inorder to install Windows operating system. Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06162205 to Use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7)
