I was wondering if adding some decorative stickers voided the warranty on my laptop.
I will only be placing them on the back of the screen but i don't know if it removes the warranty.

Hi @Revermb,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Adding decorative stickers to the back of the screen (lid) of your OMEN by HP Transcend 16-inch Gaming Laptop should generally not void the warranty as long as.
- No internal components or hardware modifications are involved.
- The stickers do not cause damage to the laptop, such as leaving adhesive residue that impacts the device's functionality or design.
- They do not block ventilation or cause overheating, which could lead to performance issues.
- You do not remove or cover warranty-related stickers, serial numbers, or barcodes that might be required for servicing or identification.
If any damage is caused by the stickers or during their application/removal, HP may classify it as accidental damage, which might not be covered under standard warranties. However, most cosmetic changes that don't interfere with hardware or functionality should not affect your warranty.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
