Hi, i've problem with dedicated graphic card's usage of ram. I've amd radeon vega 8 and gtx 1650 graphic card in my laptop. The problem is amd graphic card doesn't have Vram so that why it's using my ram about 2.1 GB i've only 8 gb ram and that's a big problem for me. I searced a lot about this topic and checked the bios settings but there wasn't any advanced option. I know why it's locked. In all Hp authority person says that, it may cause problem and harmful but there is a point i want to reduce the usage of ram i don't need it much i've other graphic card to play games. I need help about it and hope you can help me.

That is a well known issue which is related to AMD processors. Please check the following article:.

And from Microsoft PlayReady.

I checked the articles but there is no solution about it. Is there a way to solve it? I don't want to buy ram most of computers have advanced option in bios and they can easily solve this problem. Why we can't? Thanks for your fast reply.
