Product: HP EliteBook 640 14 inch G10 Notebook PC (736K5AV)

Hello i just purchased a preloved HP ELitebook online for a good price. aside from small scratches and dent everything looks great. after doing some test on the laptop everything seems to be in order. 

at home i descided to do a full system reset. and after the reset i notice that some app are missing like HP Wolf security is gone, the HP Secure Click Browser and some drivers. the finger print senser is also not working. i had to manually install these drivers 1 by 1 using HP Support Assistant but i dont know if i had all the drivers installed. the fingerprint sensor is still not working.

Hi:

 

You can use the HP cloud recovery client software to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  Pay particular attention regarding how to automatically install the drivers.
