It just got my computer and it already has a default user account and I don’t have the password

Sorry, but we have no way to obtain or provide you that password and there is no way of getting around it.

 

Any new PC from HP should come ready to do Initial Setup -- and during that, you set up your own account on the PC.

 

If it already has an account, that sounds like a USED computer -- and you should return it for a full refund and complain bitterly to the folks that sold it to you.
