Hello,
3 months ago my laptop had a virus attack which made my laptop unusable so I had to perform a factory reset and I pushed the installation to windows 11, things started breaking down and I see a lot of performance issues towards any applications that I use such as: games and so on. So I have decided to downgrade from Windows 11 to Windows 10 because the laptop came with Windows 10. After it is done(just now), the laptop is working much worse than before and it is very unusable.
Things that I have covered so far:
Updating drivers via Device Manager,
Updating drivers via HP support assistant,
Did a diskcleanup,
Made sure there no softwares are installed
Made a BIOS hardware test and everything is passed and
Windows is upto date
That would be really helpful if anyone could help me or atleast point me in the right direction of troubleshooting the issue. Thanks for reading and have a nice day!
Kind Regards,
RK
