Hey!
While trying to configure my laptop to show for how much time the remaining % of battery will endure, I accidentally deleted this register HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\EnergyEstimation and I'm not able to recover it. How can I fix this issue? I guess it disables me to know for how much time the battery is left since I already made the change in BIOS to show the remaining time, but it's not working.
Browsing online I found this Reddit comment: https://www.reddit.com/r/sysadmin/comments/kemayh/comment/gg4gqg9/, which suggests the registry values are "values that Windows uses to estimate how much power your display will need depending on its setting so it can calculate the remaining battery life."
Not sure if this is the right forum to ask, but I would appreciate any help. Can I recover this registry with a system update?
Best regards,
Julio

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.
(1) In most cases, the simplest solution:
=> Use Windows Restore to return to the restore point (date) >>> before <<< you changed the Windows registry.
