[HP EliteBook 840 G3, Windows 10 Pro 21H2 (unknown build number)]
I decided to wipe the SSD which the laptop was shipped with in order to use it as a secondary drive since I had already installed another one, but I completely forgot that important system files may have been stored on it—Windows' Diskpart utility did attempt to deter me from deleting the recovery partition, but I didn't really pay attention to the warnings as I foolishly thought my device wouldn't have experienced any irreversible damage since deleting all the other system partitions hadn't caused any harm *yet*.
Now, onto the main issues:
- I cannot boot from any device using the Esc menu—attempting to do so will cause me to promptly get redirected back to the options screen (this includes using third party tools such as GParted).
- I haven't been able to find an HP recovery tool which was made specifically for my notebook model.
I acknowledge that this is 100% my fault, and I'm willing to purchase any utility that may be able to fix this (if such thing even exists).

After 2 years, from my view, Recovery Partition is useless. Why we need to go back to 2 years ?
Anyway, if you wish, you can use
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205
or much better is to do a fresh install Windows 10 using
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Regards.
