(a) Open File Explorer,
(b) Open Desktop,
(c) Using View, Details
(d) Click the first one, hold down Shift key then click the last one,
(e) Hit Delete
Note: The list may have few things in between, you may have to do few times to avoid item(s) you don't want to delete
