I have 2 laptops. This one is fine, but after the latest update, my other laptop is now not working. I have no audio and it will not connect to the internet. When I turn it on the icons in the task bar state, No audio device installed, no internet connections available.
In device manager these 2 things have yellow warning signs. I have followed all instructions but nothing has fixed the problem. I tried a Reset PC and get message something went wrong and can not reset.
I tried to do a full system restore from my USB backup and that will not work.
I work with the other laptop and need it fixed ASAP
