Hp pavillion 17 notebook pc

I reseted my laptop to factory settings, now every time I try to boot I get “ boot device not found” I tested the hardware and I get this msg: 

smart check : passed

Long dst: failed 

failure id:

ouqch1-76t9au-mfpv7-61ano3

hard drive: 1 

any help will be appreciated

Hi

 

The failure code is 24 characters long and usually denotes a Hard Disk Failure that requires the HD to be replaced and all software re-installed.

check in bios if hdd on sata mode

I suggest you to check in BIOS, and see if the hard disk is listed.
