Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to run the built in Windows Update Troublesooter.

To do that, click on the Troubleshoot option on the left side of your screenshot.

Click on Additional Troubleshooters after the troubleshoot window opens.

Click on Windows Update and hopefully the troubleshooter will find and fix the problem.

while troubleshooting it gets stuck on pending restart
