i bought a laptop from someone after using it for somewhile the laptop has been devicefeezed from an agriconnect mastercard company. i contacted the IT department and they said they wont unlock it what do i do

 They locked it up; it is their responsibility to UNLOCK it so you can use it.

 

Then, return it to them and demand your money back.

 

There is nothing we can do for you on this, nor is there any way for you to unlock it,
