HP Recommended

I have a hp victus 15 and i cant clean install windows 10 or 11 and when i use the hp recovery tool it says 

The recovery attempt has failed

I tried changing the ssd and the ram and still when i try to clean install windows 10 or 11 it freeze before it installs and gen in a restarting loop and a bsods loop one time i got luck and i installed a clean windows 10 when i checked device manager i saw a lot of unknown devices and errors i tried updating them but when i restarted it got me into anther bsod loop the bios is updated i tried windows 10 22h2 and windows 11 22h2, 23h2, 24h2 and 25h2 all the same
