Had Windows 10 Home 64bit preinstalled on HP computer. Have hacker problems -- tried to do total recovery, but 😧 partition was erased unbeknownst to me. Black screen, white letters appeared: Boot Device not found. Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard Disk - (3FO). I've done the F9, the Quick and Extensive Tests, but to no avail. There were no Component Tests to run, just one Hard Drive Check. URL www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup
was given, which I followed and used what was given to no avail. I need to reinstall Windows 10 Home 64bit and the rest of the drivers and software listed for my computer, but cannot. Can anyone help?

Hi:
You have two options to try in order to get your PC working again.
You will need to have access to another working Windows PC for either option, and a 32 GB USB flash drive for option 1, and an 8 GB USB flash drive for option 2.
1. Make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool. Below is an info link for how to use that utility.

2. If the first option doesn't work, clean install W10 by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive using the media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
