HP Recommended

Trying to find a HP laptop that will run Quicken. Quicken will NOT run on windows 10S or 11S. I need to know if a HP laptop says Windows 11, or Windows Home if that is the same as 11S? Thanks!

Typically, the specs will indicate W11-S and not just W11.

 

It's generally not a big deal anyway because you can easily switch out of S-Mode to the 'regular' version of W11.

My only comment is that notebooks that come with W11 in S-mode are generally poor performing products with Intel Pentium or Celeron processors and 4 GB of memory, and small storage drives.

 

They normally run slower than 4th class mail.
