Product: HP Laptop 15 - db 0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In order to run my Digital Audio Workstation properly, I need to disable c-states in BIOS.

When in BIOS, I cannot find the way to change these settings.

Could anyone help me with some information please?

These are typically under Processor settings, and those are usually in the Advanced Settings -- but HP has those locked out.
