Product: HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy0000 (241W3AV)
Notebook has been reinstalled with Win 11 twice.
After successfully setting it up and using it for around 5 minutes, the keyboard, mouse and fingerprint sensor are completely disabled (with the exception of the power button).
It's a touch screen device.
I suspect, though I have manually disabled the touchscreen, that it defaults to touchscreen only as if used like a tablet.
I don't know the solution.
Everything is updated. HP drivers are installed, the BIOS is updated, but still not working.
Any advice or resolution please?
