Hi,
I downloaded HP Cloud Recovery, and tryed to download recovery for my PC, says that is invalid.
I want to know what is the problem, and how can i reinstall windows after replacing the harddrive, and where can i find dribvers for this computer.
Is there any disassemble tutorial for this model?
Model: 24-b101np

Hi:
HP has removed cloud recovery support for your PC since it is more than 5 years old.
Your only option would be to make a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the Micrsoft media creation tool from the link below:
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
HP Pavilion 24-b100 All-in-One Desktop PC series Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
Below is the link to the servicing guide.
Upgrading and Servicing Guide (EMEA with shipping label)
The product specs indicate that your PC came with a 128 GB NVMe SSD and a 1 TB hard drive for storage, so you will have to figure out which drive has failed.
Probably the SSD has failed but the PC may not boot up even if the SATA drive has failed.
HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b101np PC Product Specifications | HP® Support
If the 128 GB NVMe SSD has failed, you would be able to install a larger capacity NVMe SSD if you wanted to.

You're very welcome,
Sorry about that.
All I could find is the parts list for your PC:
It appears that it might come with a 3.5" drive.
Since your PC is not working anyway, you may want to open it up and see what's inside before buying a replacement drive.
