Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have run the disk cleanup twice so that I can hard rest my laptop, and it has not helped at all. Every time I try to hard reset it tells me to free up space so I go to disk cleanup and wipe everything, but it doesn’t work and nothing is being cleaned. I want my laptop wiped so that I can restart it and give it to my daughter as a gift, please help me so that she can have a new laptop with nothing on it.

Looks like your machine only has 32GB of eMMC. What is it ? DESKTOP-9SETBCJ is an invalid model/product. Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
