Product: Hp Note Book W0n84av (Pavillion ?)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Hard Drive crashed with a DST diagnostic error.  I have ordered the hard drive replacement but do not have a key for the Windows 10 Home operating system.  There are not stickers on the computer or instide the battery case or inside the access panel.  How can I get the Windows 10 key from HP or microsoft without paying for it again?

Your license key is embedded in BIOS chip on the motherboard. It should be retrieved automatically during installing Windows.
