Product: HP Pavilion 14-bf106TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My HP computer has many unnecessary disk like buildpart and many other. How can I manage this? Can I safely format buildpart? I don't have window 10 os as I bought my computer already pre-installed.

According to this Win10 forums thread, BuildPart is a partition that was part of FreeDOS -- the OS that likely came with the PC and got left there when it got upgraded to Win10. It's probably safe to remove that partition as it plays no role in Win10.
But you should read this thread for the discussion: https://www.tenforums.com/installation-upgrade/89214-build-part-drive.html
