Hi team, my laptop has been stuck on a repairing disk screen for over 24 hours. Had a look at previous requests and saw instruction s to turn off and on and tap escape key. Followed instructions to complete quick test and once it gets to Hard Drive Short DST check it fails.

 

Failure ID: RPNJ1K-8BCB70-XD7X7F-60VK03

 

Any help appreciated

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... and I would like to help you.

 

(1) If (hard) drive test has failed -> replace (hard) drive !

 

(2) Install <windows operating system>

 

You need another computer to prepare usb flash drive
