After Windows 11 upgrade I kept experiencing high disk usage 100%. I removed the HDD and replaced it with an SSD but I am still experiencing the same issues to the point where the laptop is unusable. I am using an HP laptop 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1125G4 @ 2.00GHz. I have tried disabling certain services as suggested on some of the threads but nothing is working.

It also takes forever to start up 😕

If anyone has some advise on how to fix this I'd be super happy and grateful.

Most likely due to RAM shortage therefore system has to swap/page in and out too much causing more activity on HDD (or SSD). Adding more RAM to your machine should help
