Problem: Display resolution that best worked ever earlier (1366x768) is not available, Thus, monitor side black bar exists !.
- The best-selected *by windows) NOW is 1280x800 (other currently available options still do not work). But again still shows an adamant right-side black bar !.
-Notebook and system Details:
- Graphics: Driver: Intel(R) HD Graphics ( version 8.15.10.2900).
- Monitor: Generic pnp monitor (standard monitor types), driver: 10.0.18362.693 date 2006.
Actions taken:
1- Installing and reinstalling drivers for either monitor or graphics did not help. Reverting back to older driver versions likewise failed.
2- attempts to upgrade drivers did not work or resolved the problem,
MAYBE: finding a driver that offers the display mode of 1366x768 resolution would solve the problem. ?? THAKS
