So a couple of months ago my laptop started randomly freezing and crashing with a bluescreen that had a different error with every crash. Most of the time it was a driver error or a state error of some kind. I've tried uninstalling potential drivers that could have been the problem to no avail. The blue screen crashes have become more frequent (once a day randomly) and I'm pretty sure the only way to fix this now is to use the Windows reset feature. The only thing that is getting in the way is I don't know if it will void the warranty(still have months left) or if I should send it in using the warranty and have it replaced. So far the virtual assistant hasn't been able to help me so hopefully, someone here can! Thanks in advance!

Warranties protect the consumer against faulty hardware that is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Breaking a seal, replacing a component, or willful or accidental negligence allows the manufacturer to claim that faulty equipment might be the responsibility of the user. Installing or reinstalling software is less likely to cause physical damage, making the claim of irresponsibility on the users part more difficult to prove. In this case, You will not void the warranty.
But you need to know what a reset mean and how to do it safely.
