I have tried calling the HP Helpline many, many times and have not yet got an answer. I was given the number on these posts by HP Helpdesk. When you phone there is absolutely no indication that you have reached HP. No 'Welcome to HP..." No options, Nothing!  After a while the recorded message just says something like please call back later. No directions to other numbers or help sites. So, I actually think the Helpline does NOT exist! It's a con from HP.  Can anyone on here confirm they have actually had a response?

Or, could someone from HP prove it exists?

Those are scam numbers.

 

If you want the USA/Canada number, you need this one... 1 800-474-6836

 

Please review this notice released by HP regarding the things scammers are doing...
