HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cr0000 (537Z9AV)

In late April 2023, HP sold me a laptop that soon after turned out to be defective.  HP refused to replace it.  After weeks of phone and chat “service,” HP finally sent me a shipping box to return the laptop for REPAIR.  The HP Service Center in Grapevine, TX received the laptop for repair on Sep. 22, 2023.  HP promised to return the repaired laptop to me by Sep. 29, 2023, but HP did not. 

When the repaired laptop was not delivered to me, I contacted HP and HP promised to return it to me by Oct. 13, 2023, but HP still did not.

I again contacted HP and HP promised to return the repaired laptop to me by Oct. 27, 2023, but HP still did not.

I again contacted HP and HP promised to return the repaired laptop to me by Nov. 3, 2023, but HP still did not.

I again contacted HP and HP promised to return the repaired laptop to me by Nov. 18, 2023, but HP still did not.

No one at HP will give me the real status of this repair.  Will HP ever keep HP’s promises to return the repaired laptop to me?  Does anyone know how to deal with this bureaucracy that is not fixing my brand new laptop?

I see that there is an issue with the repair of your Laptop and I am sorry for the trouble you are going through.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to get it escalated.
